    Compression faucet handle doesn't turn?
    The hot water handle on my Moen bathroom sink faucet will not turn (so not water). I can unscrew the top screw and lift the handle off but don't know what to do then. The stem doesn't seem stripped or anything. Any thoughts?

I am attempting to change the seat washer on a compression faucet, however the faucets (circa 1955) appear to be stuck and can't be removed for access to the stem. Is there a plumbing tool, product or process to help remove the handle from the stem?
