My commode keeps "running" even with the knob at the wall turned off
My commode was "running" all the time so I started turning the knob off at the wall... after several months of doing this, the commode now runs even with the knob turned off at the wall
The knob at the wall also pulled out a lottle, but it is not leaking or anything
What do I need to do to fix the commode so it stops running

    THANK YOU

If it runs with the knob (valve) turned off, the valve is leaking and will need to be replaced. As for the toilet running, you'll need to have the defective parts inside the toilet tank replaced (float valve, flapper, flapper seat, etc)
