    Can't get faucet apart
I have a drip on the hot side of my Delta faucet. It is a single handle bathroom faucet. I removed the small cap on handle, then the handle itself, but cannot remove the white plastic shield in the center or the chrome cover around it. Neither will turn and I actually moved the whole sink trying! Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, it is hard to remove that white plastic round piece w/o loosening the metal piece. You unscrew the entire metal cone-shaped cup that holds that plastic round piece in. Than, the plastic nut will unscrew easily. Make sure you turned hot and cold water off before you do anything.
