When we bought our house, it came with a decommissioned water softener in the laundry room. When I flush my toilet when it just starts to finish filling my water pipe from the main in basement to house starts a howling or humming vibration. What can cause this and how do I fix it. We just moved into the house and it really is bothersome. Thanks
