I can't seem to remove my TA-10 Symmons mixing valve

 I removed the set nut from the TA-10 Symmons valve assembly, but the spigot valve won't unscrew more than half a turn. I don't want to snap anything or damage my pipe, but I put a lot of pressure on unscrewing it and it just won't budge more than half a turn.

Mixing valve problem

 My shower mixing valve was fine when installed, but now I can't seem to get enough hot water.(rest of the house is fine) When I turn the valve all the way to hot it will get a little hotter but then I lose water pressure. It is a moen and there is only a shower unit. No tub. Thanks shulta44 
Mixing Black (ABS) and White (PVC) pipes

 I have to run new drain pipes for a toilet and sink installation. The sink has white (PVC) drain pipes and the toilet has black (ABS) pipes going into what I believe to be the sewer drain. Can I just connect the white to the black with a tee to drain the sink water? Do I need to vent the sink...
