    Bent toilet flange
    My PVC toilet flange is bent on one side. It's been in for 17 years or more. Does the toilet flange have to be level? If so how would I fix this problem (cut off old toilet flange or build up the side of the flange that is bent down.

    Does it cause the toilet to not set flat on the floor?
