    Bathtub not draining at all
My bathtub was being slow at draining so I decided to use a coat hanger to pull up gunk. I pulled up a lot of hair. But after doing that the tub seems even more plugged and takes days to drain. I have tried the coat hanger method but it pulls up nothing. I can't afford a plumber. I can't hardly afford drain cleaner but I'm going to try to get some. What else could I do?

Hold off on the drain cleaner. I am no fan of putting harsh chemicals in your drainage system. Besides, they only seem to work in TV commercials.
There should be an access panel in the wall directly behind the front of the bathtub. Open it up and remove the trap. Pour a little water down the drain to see if it's clear and if it is then run a snake through the open pipe. Reassemble and test. Does it drain better now? Let me know. Good luck, Tom
