    Need more info.

    If leaking when emptying tub, problem with tub drain.

    As the ceiling will have to be replaced where damaged, remove and inspect pipes to see where problem is.

    Get back to us and we can let u know how to repair.

    Most tubs have a access panel behind the drain.(see image) Open it upand check for moisture around the drain and trap. Let me know what you find. Good luck, Tom
