Basement sink overflows when washing machine spins out?
I have a washing machine in the kitchen and a bathroom in my basement. When my washing machine spins out the basement sink fills up. I have a grey water system that all of the sinks, showers and washing machine go to. I had the line going outside snaked and it fixed the problem but I want to know what I should be doing to prevent this from happening again?

[QUOTE][what I should be doing to prevent this from happening again? /QUOTE] Since it's lint and grease that builds up I would trap the lint by placing a nylon stocking over the end of the hose to trap the lint. Good luck, Tom
