I cleaned the drain line on my Grand air unit and the panel door was ajar. By the end of the day the coils had frozen

I have a 2 1/2 ton pain air handler with electric heat less than a year old. Cooling worked just fine through last summer, but now when I switch the thermostat to heat it blows the 5 amp fuse. I replaced the fuse and turned on just the fan and works just fine, but when I go to heat the fuse blows...

Got up this morning it was so hot in the house turned on the central air and it blowed out hot air turned the thermostat off and it still blowed hot air out had to turn it off from the braker box

Disconnected thermostat 3 months ago reconnected but cold air only now blows. When investigating I noticed the gas was shut off so I turned it on. Unit stiill blows cold only. Help?
