Calliewallie, we are converting a garage to bedroom how difficult would it be to add a sink/drainage to this remodeled room?
The hot water heater is in the garage/bedroom and the kitchen is right

If you wish to install a sink in the wall next to the kitchen stack you may connect to the stack with a sanitary tee and let it wet vent your new sink providing wet vents are allowed in your area. If you plan on doing the work yourself you will need instructions on how to cut into the stack and add a fitting. If you need such instructions I'll need the material the stack's made of and all the details you can give me about the placement of the sink. Good luck, Tom
