Adapt a Kohler Rialto Toilet to a 1.28 g flush?
Is this possible? Does such a kit exist? I have to either adapt my existing toilet or replace it with a low flush before I sell my home.

    Thanks for your time,

    Hi Jill

As you probably know, the Kohler rialto toilet is a 1.6 GPF toilet and it is very specific in that it cannot be modified as some of the newer toilets can be nowadays. They also sell retrofit fill valves to reduce the toilets from 1.6 to 1.28 GPF, but I'm quite sure that these kits won't work with the one piece rialto toilets.

You can double check me by calling kohler's tech. support line and see what they say on the matter.

Check them out at this link:

Let us know what they tell you, OK? I'm pretty sure you'll need to replace that rialto with a newer toilet... ;)
