Physics experiment - newton's third law
If there is a mass of 0.19 kg on the left side of the pulley. What is the mass needed on the other side of the pulley for it to move? 0.17kg, 0.19kg or something else?

I don't understand what you're talking about here... this is a trial for what question? :(
If there is a mass of 0.19 kg on the left side of the pulley. What is the mass needed on the other side of the pulley for it to move? 0.17kg, 0.19kg or something else?
It will all depend on the pulley, but assuming a frictionless pulley, anything other than 0.19 kg will make it move.
