1 gallon = 3.78 L = 3780 cubic centimeters.
Density of liquid nitrogen = 0.808g/cc at -195.8 degrees F

So 1 gal weighs 3780 cc * .808g/cc = 3054g

Atomic weight of N2 = 14 g/mol
