    Pinched nerve on my shoulder
    I am in pain for 4 weeks already due to this pinched nerve on my left shoulder. I believe the pinched nerve was due to my sleeping on my left shoulder too long. I had a hard time driving. What kind of physical th. Is good to relieve pain. Please help!!

    You will need to visit a doctor/physical therapist for the answer to your question. Physical therapies are individually designed according to the particular injury and amount of resulting damage. Since we are unable to see x-rays, MRIs or CT Scans, we are not able to prescribe a PT routine for you.
