This issue that you mention here is really more common than you may think. So you are not alone. Having been teased myself - and come face to face with some people that are just bullies - I can relate.
You say that you have lost faith in God and if God was really there why did he make you so fragile and weak. Many people have had this question in mind because we don't understand about life and how life works. We live in a universe - confirmed by astronomers and some of the greatest minds that have ever lived - Einstein comes to mind (no pun intended), Hawkings - others - that there is only one universe, one system of planets, one galaxy, one earth, one moon. Whatever has created this universe, has created us - some people say God, reality, the self, a Power - but for me we are really talking about the same thing. In Psychology it is the self, in religion God or spirit, in Philosophy reality, in Astronomy the universe - others say they do not believe in God only in themselves.
Along with the fact that whatever created this universe has created us, we must acknowledge that God - Divine Power, the universe - has given us choice. We are not bound - we are free to choose. I will say that you must acknowledge that you are a part of this universe - just as the universe is complete, perfect, divine, powerful and good - this is also true of you. There is no separation or division between you and the universe. The universe has no favorites, there is no condemnation, ever. The universe holds nothing against you - not now, not ever. This is one part of truth. The other is that just as you have the power to choose - you have the power to decide for yourself what you will believe.
Our parents do the best they can but sometimes they don't have all the answers - well nobody does - but some people have parents that have encouraged, approved and respected them - hence they have a strong self within - people intuitively know this and leave them alone. They have learned to believe in goodness - in themselves and in others. This is a key to knowing yourself.
When we have not developed the self then we are in an ocean - lost, feeling weak and fragile and incomplete. We have depended on others that also did not know the way. We have not acknowledged our connection to the all power, truth and divine guidance that exists here and beyond. Know that the universe will never hold anything against you, that there is a part of you that remains whole and complete right here and right now. There is no other self, you are forever connected to the almighty power of this universe. The universe is good when will look at it the right way - all the power, all goodness, all abundance, all acceptance that there is - here and now.
This you does not - and I say does not - depend on explanations from others - does not depend on opinions. No. You are as alive and alert as this very universe, this very air that is vibrant with power. And you remain aware and silent within, seeking truth and goodness and success and beauty - and finding it within and in this universe.
You may have been hurt by your past experiences and this along with an undeveloped self and recognition has continued to haunt you. You may have been told wrong things - that you are weak and fragile - when in fact you are gentle and kind - that you cannot stand up for yourself - when in fact you believe in peace and harmony and see no reason to fight. You may have grown up in a strict household where you were not allowed to disagree - and so now that someone confronts you, then you retreat and do not answer. I myself never had the support I needed from the people that I loved the most, I have had to find my own way. And I have and I can share with you with hopefully enlighten the way.
How much of the sunshine can you have? All of it. How much of the night can you have? All of it. We have not just acceptance, but complete guidance, the greatest power of all backing you up and all of your decisions. This is why we choose in love and goodness. Begin at once to build on your strengths, to know yourself. The very center of life itself is within you, strong and silent, complete and whole, in truth and goodness, eternal love forever guiding you to make right choices at the right time with the right people. The universe holds nothing against you ever.
The best thing you can do for yourself is to begin to work on yourself - build on your strengths. You have been vulnerable and others may have taken advantage of you. That is a painful place to be, I have visited there quite a number of times. If only we came to this world understanding how it all fits together and why we are meaningful and real - why we are to trust and know this universe and God.
You can use therapy as a way of healing and learning, or reading books, listening to tapes. I have been listening to this man, Lazaris, who does seminars and meditation tapes, and you just listen to it. On his website he has some different topics - you might want to see if any of his titles involve healing from violence, anger, rejection.
One more thing before I go, with all this that you have been through, you may need to talk about what has happened that hurt you so much, - and then you will need to let it go, to put in the past. So maybe therapy should be something you can look into. Write back and say how you are. Take care.
