Tiny reddish bugs on window sill
This is the second year, at this time of the year, that we are discovering these tiny bugs on our kitchen window sill. They seem to be attracted to the light. We are also finding them in our pantry, but in smaller numbers. We can't figure out where they are coming from, or what they are and how to get rid of them. Photo attached. Does anybody know what these are? I've tried searching Google photos to no avail. Thanks.

They're definitely a beetle of some type. Without a size estimate it's difficult to narrow the possibilities down. If they run about 1mm in length my first thought would be drugstore beetles.

U of Florida has a fair page about them.

Looks like they are 1 to 1.5mm. Thanks for your help.
