To post a picture:
Method one: You will need to have uploaded the picture to a site like Photobucket that hosts pictures. (at the bottom of the page is an Answer box) at the top of the box is an icon of a mountain. Click on it. Depending on your security settings you may need to allow a scripted window to open. Paste or type the URL of the picture you want to paste. Click okay. The image will appear in your post when you 'send' it.
Method two: You will need to change the interface for AskMeHelpDesk. In the upper right corner is a link to change your settings. Click on it. There will be a link that says something along the lines of "Take me back to the old AMHD". Clicking on it will take to an older version of AMHD that will allow you to upload the picture from your computer to the site.
If you use this method, at the bottom of the page under the Answer this Question box is a tab to "GO Advanced". Click on it. It will open a Answer box with more options. At the top of that box is a paper clip icon. Click on it to open the upload box and follow directions. After you have uploaded your picture, close the box and click on the paper clip again. Your picture will be ready to insert into the post.
