    Movie about a mouse.cant remember
    I used to love this movie when I was little. My dad, without my knowing, recorded The Grinch stole Christmas over it... and I have never seen it again.
    I don't know the title of it. Hopeing you can help... Heres what I can remember:

    There's one scene where A mouse if cleaning a street, he's wearing a red shirt, and a hat. He had a mop in his hand and a bucket below.. he's cleaning the street and singing something. There's also a big building behind him.

    I remember that, his family got taken and are in a building and are going to be used for Test rats. He goes and saves them, fining them in a building full of cages. Then all I remember is that They come down in an air baloon.
