Broccoli pests! Cross striped cabbage worm
I planted broccoli for the first time and about 3 weeks or so after I noticed something was really enjoying it... I saw little tiny yellow eggs and tried to get all of them off... but I just gave up because there's so many on each leaf and I have about 5 plants... today I looked and I saw these little worms on my poor little broccoli plants just eating away... I happily killed each one I saw including one imported cabbage worm but I don't have the time to do this and pick off eggs... any thing I can do that isn't going to suck me dry out of cash or time?

Go to gardens alive (on the web) and order some bullseye insecticide. It is more or less organic and will kill a host of garden pests without killing the good bugs. It is a bit pricy but for $20 or so, you can get enough to last several years with a garden your size.
