Microscopic whitish bugs
I came out this morning and while sitting on the deck, I noticed these micro whitish bugs crawling all over my deck railing. If anyone could please tell me what these are I would greatly appreciate it. I know the picture is blurry, but the video would not upload. Sorry & Thank you.

As you say, the pic is a little blurry. Best guess at what you're seeing are spider mites, many species of which become active in the Fall. Check this link to the University of California (Davis) to see if they're what you're talking about.

Thank you, but I do not believe that is what they are. I'm thinking I'm going to have to call someone out to the house to see if they can give me some answers.
