Getting rid of house lizards without poisons
I love lizards and have 3 gecko lizards, but also I have some house lizards that get in AND DO NOT WANT TO KILL THEM
I even bought a roach gle trap by mistake until I saw a lizard on it,took hours to get him off safety, for main reason I DO NOT USE POISONS AT ALL

So how do I get rid of them

Seal up your house well, with tight screens, door sweeps at the bottoms, and Great Stuff (foam in a spray can) around any holes where pipes come through walls.
They live on insects so in the old days, people just lived with them.

Then you are missing the tiniest of spots, probably around plumbing.
I don't know lizards. I know that mice can squeeze through a slot the size of a quarter - on it's side.

It sounds like you have inspected the house fairly carefully. Did you seal where the electric conduits come in when you sealed the pipes?

As for reptile repellents, inside the house paprika seems to work as well as anything. Outside, a mixture of sulfur and napthalene (sold pre-mixed under the brand Snake-Away) is a good repellent.
