Always like to have a full schedule!
I have a hard time not to stay busy, otherwise I will get really bored!

I work full time, sometimes overtime and some traveling ( domestic or global) then after work I also take online master courses, go to the gym regularly, plus take 2 dance classes.

Plus I volunteer on Monday, play pool on Wed, Karoake on Thursday in addition to the gym and classes online.

On Weekend, I still feel to have a full schedule of "work hard and play hard!" I don't party or drinking, but I really like to hang out with others, or do something! I just hate stay home sitting around.

When I talk about a full schedule - I mean a FULL schedule, lol.
Give you an example: A Sat. I go to the gym @ 9am, then I don't want to be back until 11pm. I have to be out doing something, either outdoor or hanging out with friends or something adventeruous!

My mind runs fast too, it doesn't seem to stop easily. When I am not doing anything fun, I would also read something useful, like read a book about investment/self help books. Fiction seems to be a waste of time to me!

I don't seem to be tired, and some of the activities I do are not the most common fprograms for girls, lol. Such as shooting, ride 4 wheeler, reading technology books, kickboxing classes etc.

I am completely girly and pretty happy about the life I am having, I just don't seem to be tired and always have to have a full schedule, is that all right? I just compared me with my friends, it seems they can stay home chilling and I don't seem to stop.lol

    Please advice!

I complete relate to your post, I too am always on the go, researching this or that or painting and decorating,or doing something of some description, I seem to fill my days with something to do, I like to keep busy too.

I was told once a long time ago I am hyperactive and nocturnal.( as in more lively at night)

My mind too is always busy and I find Im often two or more sentences ahead of myself if I am writing an email or doing something online.

Take now for instance its 4:45am in UK, so its night time, and Im not in the least bit tired.

    So you're not alone.

Unless you are unhappy with the live you are leading, I don't see a problem.

If it is balanced, and you're healthy, and have friends, seems to me that you are living life to the fullest!

Not sure if I could keep up with you, in fact, I know after the first few situps I'd be hitting the coffee shop for a danish. :)

Your energy level may very well be much higher than those around you, but that is not a bad thing. Everybody has their own comfort level.

Unless you see your life, as you are living it, as a problem, I'd say keep on doing exactly what you're doing.

I wish I had as much energy as you. I work and go to school full time and I'm exhausted. There's so many other things I would love to do, but even if I have the time, finding the energy to go with it can sometimes be a challenge. I'd say you're lucky to not get tired out.

FYI, I do sleep, lol. I make sure I sleep 8 hours a night. I have a quite healthy schedule, I never pulled the all night in my life, and I don't sleep in often at all.

I find I can only sleep every other night, Ive been this way for as long as I can remember, if I tried to sleep every night I would just lie in bed tossing and turning, I have tried to sleep every night a few times, My doctor once prescribed me sleeping pills but I didn't want to depend on them to get sleep every night, so I have just accepted it, as has my partner.

I too have found that no one complains about my being so active, well they're used to it now,LOL.

I am often asked where do I get all of my energy from, I just say I don't know because I don't, I also believe I have a healthy lifestyle I eat regular meals and healthy meals, I work out once a day most days, sometimes twice.

Im beyond questioning why I am like I am, I accept that its just me.

Its nice to know that I am not alone...

I can also multi task with ease.

Same here, I can be about to start one project and half way through another and before I know it project one is history Ive worked out how I am going to go about concluding project 2 and then I start looking for the next thing I want to try, do, or have a go at.

Do you find that the T.V. bores you? I do. I do sit down for meals, and will take the odd phone call. LOL

Im also an information junkie. So the internet is like a sweet shop for me.

Ive also self taught myself in a couple of areas the computer being one of them.
