    Evil-doer suffer here and hereafter

    Fortify your mind and be non-attached

    Guard your thoughts and senses

    Hatred never cease through hatred

    Ignorance seeks undue fame

    Just be pure in deeds, speech and thoughts

    Knowledge is not realization

    Learning without practice is of no worth

    Make haste in doing good deeds

    Non-violence is the characteristic of wise man

    One meaningful sentence is better than a thousand useless words

    Practice is better than mere teaching

    Quarrels cease through right thinking

    Retaliation does not lead to peace

    Seek not others’ faults but your own

    The one with little learning lacks wisdom

    Unshaken as a rock, one must be amidst praise and blame

    Victor of yourself than a victor of others

    Weak succumb to temptation but not the strong

    X-ercise your own judgments

    You are your own saviour

    Zap yourself out of delusion

    I've been filling my mind as bes I can for the last 3 or 4 months with all the positive, forward thinking information I can get. This is another good source. Actually I think I might print this off and hang it up to look at.
