Monthly Salaried individuals are paid the same every month, whether the month has four or five weeks. Often determined off the yearly basis, so that it is divided into twelve equal payments.

Justwantfair is correct, but I thought that I could add this. In my company, we are currently paid once a month (annual salary divided by 12). We used to be paid every 2 weeks (annual salary multiplied by 14/365 except in leap year when it would be 14/366).
