    Employee was rear-ended while running a work related errand. Company uses time clock to track hours worked. Employees clock in when they come to work, clock out when they leave.t.hey don't paid unless tey are cloocked in. Is he employer obligated to pay emloyee fot 8 hurs a day when hhe employee is not working?
