    Revocking a fathers perental rights
    Hi I'm 20 with a 2 year old daughter and shell b 3 the end of July well her bio dad has seen her a whole 5 times in her life maybe and he isn't on the birth certificate and I don't want him to have any rights to her at all because he just don't care

    I'm not 100% percent sure, but I think that if he is not on the birth certificate, then he doesn't have any parental rights to her. I would check with a lawyer though... somebody who knows the law.
