    Getting 9 month old on routine?
    How do I get my 9 month old into a good routine so he stops waking at 5.30am and sleeps through the night without waking?

    Routine is 5.30am wakes and given bottle, play and wake till 7.30am then back to sleep for 1-1 1/2 hours, at 9.30 breakfast and bottle and play, 11.30 he's tired again so back to bed for another 1-1 1/2 hours, 1.30/2 lunch then play, will sometimes have another afternoon nap for 30 minutes to 1 hour about 3.30/4 then dinner at 5/5.30, bath and bed by 6.30/7

    That late afternoon nap might be the culprit. Also, many children get up this early at this age.

    What is your routine? What time do you go to bed? Could you get to bed any earlier?
