Does a noncustodial parent have the right to give up their child
Can a noncustodial parent give up their rights to a child even if the mother don't want him to? What can he do about giving up his rights in the state of Texas?

You still have to pay child support and all that does is give you no say in anything that happens as your child grows up. No real benefit to signing away rights,
