Hi I came across this site when I was looking for some answers to some things that have been going on recently at my house. A quick run down I moved in Feb2009 I noticed little things like the sound of doors closing but I was quick to assume the new house theory. As of late I have gotten married Aug2009 and strange thing have been going on. Yesterday Aug 24th I was getting ready to take a shower and my car alarm starts going off, very odd considering it is a factory alarm and it was in the garage with the door closed! I didn't really think much of it so I turned it off and proceeded to get in the shower. After flushing the toilet it is normal for the water pressure to go low, but it's never went this low before coming out barely in drips. Me being a person of logic I like to analyze things from different points of views. So today Aug 25th me and my wife are sitting in the room and we here this sound of something falling in the other room. She says it was just probably the dishes falling over. As I walk out to the kitchen to investigate I look over and the hallway closet is open and my roommates shoes are all over the floor that were in boxes in the closet! We never use this closet for anything and the funny thing is that it's a newer house the door knob HAS to be turned for the door to even open. No windows open, no breezes blowing through.

Just a foot note my wife is from russia and her mother passed when she was younger. I know its possible for spirits to try and be around when something like this happens. (EX. Deaths in the family, new born babies)

Please just looking for some answers

Do they frighten or worry you? If not then I would just suggest telling the spirit that you'd rather they not do xyz (whatever you want them to avoid doing) but that it's OK if they hang around. Just address the room where something happened the next time it does.
