A shadow person has been following me since I was seven. I'm fourteen now, and I still see it around sometimes. I'm perfectly happy, not depressed or anything, I even told it to go away but its still there. And I feel it watching me a lot, I've seen it at least 6 times and I'm not the only one whose seen "it" my friends have too. Even when I didn't point it out to them. I'm kind of scared but I feel like every time I act like it doesn't bother me it goes away faster. But it never fails to come back. I've ran from it once, I think I felt it grab me. I don't know what to do about it though.
