I just recently moved into a house with my cousin and my friend Carlyn. One day I looked at the bagels sitting on top of the fridge and they looked like they were going to fall, so I pushed them farther so they wouldn't fall. 10 minutes later... they flew off the fridge and landed on the ground. I told Carlyn what had happened and she said the same thing had happened to her not too long ago. About an hour ago I woke up from an intense dream to the sound of a bowl hitting the ground. I sleep in the living room so I am right next to the kitchen and I was too afraid to get up or move. I looked at my phone to see what time it was & it was 3:30 AM on the dot. Carlyn was waking up at 4 to go to work so I waited for her to wake up. She woke up and I told her to go into the kitchen and turn on a light because I still hadn't gotten up to see what had happened. A bowl was laying on the ground upside down and had somehow fallen off the disholder. 1st of all, the bowl would have hit the counter first and then the ground but it only hit the ground. 2ndly, how did the bowl not break? Carlyn just told me that this only started happening to her as soon as I moved in. My dad recently passed away in April of 09'. Would that have anything to do with this weird phenomenas? Please help

Your cousin said things started happening when you moved in.

You told us about the bagels and the bowl.
Is there anything else?

Did you see the bagels actually "fly" off the fridge?

No nothing else has been happened besides those 2 things for now.. I didn't see the bagels fly off the fridge but I definitely heard them fall off and the same thing happened to my roommate Carlyn. Last night just scared me and I can't stop thinking about how that bowl ended up on the ground? No I really don't think my dad would try to scare me so it's probably not him. But what is it? I hope this doesn't get worse.

The bagels may have been vibrated off the fridge while the compressor was running. This would account for both instances and may be something you may not even notice since it is a noise you get so used to you don't hear it.

The bowl could have been dislodged by the vibration of a car going by or even seismic activity too faint for people to notice.
I have dropped things that should have broken and did not, and things that should not that did. Pure chance.

I do believe in paranormal activity and have experienced it.
But always look for the "rational" explanation first.

Don't call ghostbusters right now... if it continues or gets "worse", update us, someone is always here to help.
