Well, ill give you my "Generic answer for every dream question" first
Dreams are believed to be in your subconscious, made up of your worries, and a lot of people dream about what they were thinking about before they fell asleep.
Though personally, they are more complicated than that, your dream seems particularly ominous.
When they just stare at you, while you cry, how do you feel? What emotion does the fact they are staring elicit, is it like they are just standing there, doing nothing while you cry, and die?
Why do you want... "help" do you feel the fact that you dream is some illness you must cure? Personally, I like dreams, no matter how scary, I have learnt to extend my dreams, making them longer, I feel they are a great insight, and a good escape from realism.

In order to interpret this I would need details about how you felt in the dream, how your family was feeling, and the relationships you have with your family members.
