    Open a portal when I was young I think I made it worse
    I played with a ougia board when I was young was told o brought a sprit on from a past life then I did twp things about 3 months ago that should have not done toghther I ether made it stronger or brought something that is now attached itself to me what can I doto rid this in my life

    Also, ouija boards do not open "portals"... they simply give spirits a right to attach to you. It's not the board itself that is the key but rather the users willingness to contact the spirit world.
