Im always leary about persons making so many claims without any proof. He has quite a list going. But it looks more like dreams he's talking about then anything real.

    Hi calidadof,

I experienced for myself a sleep paralysis (awake but can't move) with hallicunations (feeling of personality's around me).
A period later a haved a out of body experience.
That's why I can agree with what this video explains.

Sleep paralysis is quite common. Along with what goes with it. I question the OBE's he describes. Have you documented your experience and verified that your actually doing it or is this again just a feeling. Dreams can be extremely lucid and you can drive the direction of them. In his claims (the author you speak of) he even claims to speak with the dead.

I agree the video explains sleep paralysis symptoms.

But it doesn't prove you are leaving your body or anything else.

I think this is an exploitation of people who experience sleep paralysis.

Explaining it as "astral projection" or whatever to "help" the
People experiencing it , is exploitation by offering implications not answers.

Bottom line is... it costs about $300.00 to find out it's BS.
