Can someone help me find out if I am being haunted ?
I keep smelling cigar smoke so strongly that I feel as if I am choking, when I am in my bedroom I feel as if someone is leaning down over me looking at me very intently, it is very unsettling and I have slept with my light on. I also feel as if someone is walking right behind me at times as if they are almost on top of me and last night I heard someone breath very heavily while I was in bed.

Well I don't think ghosts smoke cigars generally, unless Churchill has decided to "chill out" in your house...
This feeling of being "watched" it's all in your head... Anyone will tell you that. Try and take it easy buddy, no need to feel paranoid all the time. Btw, the "heavy breathing" - did you hear this when you were IN bed or sleeping (half consciously)? In that case it could be your imagination. Either way if you're so convinced that there is a ghost haunting you, your mind will definitely make up noises and such... |

I completely disagree. Not all of this is in your head; sometimes the remnants of a persons 'spirit' for want of a better word can leave faint (or strong, in your case) smells around you, if it is you they are haunting and not the house. You'd don't say about any truly 'scary' things happening e.g. things turning on and off, doors banging etc. so I wouldn't worry for your safety unless you are truly haunted in the full sense. Don't worry, the Paranormal Activity type of hauntings are really, ridiculously rare :)
You should try not to think about it too much, sometimes these things get worse when we dwell on them, just politely tell whatever it is to go away please when you next feel scared. Good luck! |

Ok this is s Question that I need help with. Im scared that I'm being haunted. I heard scraching one timewhen no one was doing it and I have a two sided door they look like this || and I had them half open (they were touching) and they will pop. I think I've seen something before like a head moving. And I think I've heard walking. What do I do? How do I make it stop?! :(
