I per-sonly think this is your revelation with what you seen and heard you can lead many non be leavers home so what are you waiting for time is short.me

As I lay down, I sensed a spirit encircling my legs and wanting to seduce me. I had lived in sin with my boyfriend, and I was assured this was reprucussions of that behavior. I have gotten rid of my boyfriend and given my life to Jesus. I have always and sometimes see orbs of light.. and those orbs behind people. I am able to sense spiritual presence.. all this by the grace of God am I able to do these things. My gift of spiritual discernment has definitely worked for me and against me. I wish sometimes I didn't have this gift because the tormentor comes... but God uses it to bring me to repentance.

Interesting story star6825. Be sure the gift is from God. If you doubt it... then ask God to remove it. Spirits goof off with people all the time and not always is a gift clear and from The Lord:)

Hello. I am writing to say that I have experienced some of these things. While lying in bed trying to go to sleep I will feel what seems like a sharp force of energy pass over me several times in both directions. Each time it makes me jump slightly. Im not sure if they are passing through me or just above me. Also sometimes at the same point when I am trying to fall asleep I hear loud screaming in my ears and I try to open my eyes or speak but its like I'm paralyzed. Its extremely scary because I have no control and I have to force myself out of it with my mind. As soon as I can get my eyes open it stops. I don't think this is "sleep paralysis" Because I am still awake when this happens, It happens as soon as I close my eyes.

Wow like I am really thinking this is about seeking your faith. I was just awaken from what I thought was a horrible nightmare, then after awakening I am not so sure. This particular one I was sleeping and must have just went to sleep, but there was a female I'm assuming in a black gown, and black cape no face who jumped on me and was squeezing me so hard I though I was going to split in two, I started to fight back and thought it was gone once I fought back so I relaxed and well it tried again to attack me, I had no strength this time so I actually started praying to god, to please get this evil away from me, to help me, to wake me up something. Well I woke up immediately. Now I am curious to know why this happens, Every time this happens is right after I try to make an attempt to see my Guardian Angel(s). We all have them and I read somewhere that to meet them you have to have a relaxed state of mind and body, Every time I attempt this, I fall asleep and have one of these nightmares. I actually spoke with a friend a few nights ago, telling her the experiences, and I really think I am being haunted by dark spirits, and they are depleting my strength every time I am in a serene state of mind, giving myself to the lord, asking for his guidance and help I am being torn down by darkness, and have to beg him for help. He does help always, and I have yet to actually know who my guides are because this happens every time.

I would stay away from seeking a guardian angel. It might just be openning a door to the 'other side'. The Bible says that the angel of The Lord encamps around us. He is there to look after the Christian believer. Seeking him out is not wise. If we seek The Lord Jesus Christ in prayer we do what The Word says. Remember it was Christ who died on the Cross not angels or anyone else.

@Chronix... All faiths are NOT the same. Do not listen to that lie. There is only one God. He is the Alpha and Omega; Beginning and End. He always was, He always is, He always will be. He is Omnipotent (all powerful), Omniscient (all knowing), and Omnipresent (everywhere.) He created everything from nothing. He created us to be with Him. But we are separate from Him because of our sin and wrongdoing that we fell into in the beginning of the world. So He provided a way for us to come back to Him (which is our purpose), all we have to do is believe in Him and that He sent His Son; Jesus Christ, to take away our bondage to sin and set us free! Jesus came to earth and humbled Himself from being God (a difficult thing to understand but a truth that He tells us: God is Three in One; Father, Holy Spirit, and Son... not three gods, but sort of Three whole and separate parts of Himself... difficult for us to comprehend) He humbled Himself to be like us (human) and to take our sins upon Himself and die for us and He went and overcame Death itself by rising to life again.

Does any other religion teach that? No. God is Who He says He is. We cannot try to "interperet" Him in different ways to suit our varying desires. HE IS! When we try to change that, we are "playing god." Do not fall into that. He is greater than us, so we cannot get proud and think we can change what we want to about Him.

Anyway, I believe that there is great power in Jesus' name. I don't profess to know much about spiritual battles and how it all works. I don't know why some Christians get attacked. I don't know much about the evil one's methods. But I do know that Jesus Christ has infinite power and He can overcome all evil. Believe in Him and be saved! If you have accepted His gift of salvation from sin, then He lives in you! So there is nothing anywhere that can remove you from His protection. Call on His name in times of trouble and He will always be with you. That is what I know.

Chronix; Your post was encouraging and nice; I do not attack you personally (if you are around still... your post is a year old), I speak out against the lie that all gods are the same as the One True God whose Son is Jesus Christ. I do not take any personal pride... I am not any better or smarter than anyone else; I have been saved and I want to speak God's Truth. I'm sure you are trying your best to be a good person by being accepting and inclusive of all religions, but the thing is; GOD is not religion... He just IS. Religion is man's invention. Religion is the creation of traditions and rituals to give us something to cling to. I actually think "religion" gets in the way of our RELATIONSHIP with God. But that's another topic. :) Please find a Bible and read it. Open your heart to what God has to say. People (even some pastors and religious experts), are just people... we all interperet things slightly differently. But if you sincerely look for God, He will show Himself to you. The Bible is His letter to us, it's a guide to show us how to find Him and draw closer to Him. Read it please! I don't read it enough myself. :)

@Gibo... keep speaking truth! :) I was a bit alarmed when I read some of the posts and felt I needed to write all above, but then I read the other pages and felt comforted to see you in here answering with clarity from the Bible.

Gibo is right... look to Jesus Christ... not this "guardian angel." Satan and his demons masquerade as angels. God made Himself available to you personally. Receive Him and be saved!

Yes this sort of thing happens to me often. I to am a believer in God and was raised in a christian household. Anyway it started when I was a teenager and would get feelings of being smothered in my sleep, or like someone was pulling the covers over my head trying to suffocate me. I could not move my body at all could not speak, I could not move any part of my body, so the only thing I knew to do was call on the name of Jesus Christ to help me and shortly I would come out of it. I was so scared because I really felt like I was awake I could see everything in my room around me while this was happening. Then it started to get worse as time went by, not only did I feel like something was trying take my breath but I started to see darkness hovering over me and this man in all black would be in the corner of my ceiling I never seen a face just a black hat and black coat and I would feel like I was being suffocated again, I could see everything in my room around me and I could not move or speak. I would be trying to fight and move but still could not, again in my mind I called on Jesus and shortly came out of it. This happened to me on and off for a few years. So I started sleeping with my grandmother who by the way is a Pastor. This never happens to me when I'm in bed with someone else ever. I am now 33 years old and its happening again! It never happens at night when I am asleep with my fiancé, its always shortly after he leaves for work. For the past couple of mornings I have felt like I have been just being attacked by something. I have even felt like I was raped by something or someone dark and could not see its face. I have felt like a whole body was laying on top of me and holding me down at times. Yesterday I was asleep and I thought I woke up because as usual I could see everything in my room around me, the TV was on and I heard it, tried to get out of bed and could barely move like something was pushing my head into my pillow I was also having some scary visions in my head but I can't remember what, again I called on Jesus thought I came out of it got up and sat on the side of my bed and something started pulling my arm, pushing my head and my waist to force me back to lay down called Jesus again, and when I came out of it I jumped out of bed and didn't get back in it until night when me and my fiancé when to sleep. Today pretty much the samething but I am seeing and hearing things which I have before. But this morning my door knob seems to have been shaken really hard and then this loud sound like tape being ripped apart and something white seemed to keep wrapping and unwrapping around it but it kept getting loner and longer as if if was eventual going to come towards me, then a fly or some kind of bug started flying around me I did my usual and as I was coming out of it, I was able to move my arm and fan the bug away from me and I started to drift back in, did my usual again and when I was able to get up I just got out of bed. I am so tired of this happening to me it scares me so badly I have talked to my grandmother/pastor about this on several occasions and she tells me to read my bible and pray and that I'm doing the right thing by calling Jesus name. But it keeps happening and if it's sleep paralysis like people are saying why does this never happen when someone is in bed with me? And why do I have to call Jesus for it to leave me alone? I don't think its sleep paralysis, I really don't know what it is, I am so sleepy and exhausted right now but I refuse to get back in that bed alone. People I am not making this up really this is happening to me for real.

Yes I've been atacked by evil spirits too this has happen so often in the past two years from 2010 to 2011 and again last night the same thing I cannot move or talk I also am a christian of jesus christ my lord and saivor I am ver young only the age of 17 but everything is the same hearing spirits wind would blow uin my room sometimes I though I was going crazy but I kept praying and it went away again like last night.

Tell the spirits to go in the name of Jesus. If your are into anything witchcraft you must repent of it (turn away from it) to get free of the devil and his games. If you dance with witchcraft you give authority to satan to torment you. All witchcraft books, videos, games etc must go!

Where to begin, demons have been bothering me for 25 years and I can tell you they are male and female, and they have the ability to possess us momentarily, and have distinct voices that you can recognize, so far I have only encountered 3 separate demons... one was like a radio static but understandable, the other was male and the other was female, just the other day I was momentarily possessed for about 5 minutes and was able too make out claws surrounding my fingers, I prayed and chastised the demon as I was frozen stiff, I could hear the heavy breathing and moans as I read passages from the bible,(2Timothy 2:13 over and over)I was able too frustrate the demon with smashing my head back against his, he finally released me... THANK GOD!
Can Christians become possessed... yes... sin will bring demons into your life... they love sin and will use that against you, but remember Jesus said all have sinned and come short of the glory of God, that is your sword and use it! Demons are as real as the air you breath, if you need help ask for the Holy Spirit And Angel's to protect you... I was amazed at how powerful God truly is... GOD BLESS!

I am 20 and.. the only and I haven't had any of these dreams since about.. 3 years ago.. I don't really understand what's happening with me.. in the past week.. I have had about six... spirt dreams... I don't know what their goal is but it seems to only be to scare me. They all seem to start with me laying in bed as if I had just woken up.. and then all the sudden something that I can't see puts its had on me and I am instantly paralized and it starts screaming.. not saying anything just screaming making noise. What makes it creepier is that when I wake up... everything is exactly how it is in the dream.. I am laying the same way, I am still a little paralized, even the lighting is the same. Sometimes I can still feel the unknown spirit thing touching me. The other day.. after I had completely woken up.. I was still laying down and.. all the sudden.. something touched me.. it felt.. big; as if a big had had been placed on my side. I was once again completely paralized.. and scared even more because this wasn't in a dream. For the rest of the time I was awake.. nothing seems right.

The last three spirit dreams were strange (all yesterday)... as if this time when he touched me.. this was the first time one tried to talk to me. He placed two hands on my side and started to talk.. then scream. It went something like this: "Did you have fun wi--did you have---did you--did--AHHHFFUEWNFWWWNNNEEEEAAHHH!!!"
The next one... I was able to counter the paralysis when the spirit grabbed my foot and started yelling.. I just kept kicking my feet up and down.. the entire time I could feel it trying to paralize me but I was able to fight it.
The third one... was even stranger.. it was no longer dark.. and I didn't feel scared.. my mom (who is still alive) at least.. I thought it was her.. she came into my room and we started talking about things.. I thing it was actually about this stuff. Then she came over to me and hugged me then vanished.

Expanding a bit one the first one I remember having 3 years ago.. I was on the ground laying by my bed in the dream.. scared for some reason.. my brother was asleep in his bed.. then all the sudden he was leaning over me screaming.. and then laughed.. then the disappeared... I looked over.. and my brother was still completely asleep.

This experience sounds exactly like what I experience on a regular basis.. I am a member of the church of jesus christ of latterday saints, I too prayed to my heavenly father and exercised my faith in christ to make the aweful feeling of terror and dread leave me.. when I have these experiences I feel huge pressure in my chest and I feel like my soul is being squeezed and twisted and is about to burst! It hurts and I hear screams and torments from unseen beings! On time it happened and I could see the outlines of spirits surrounding me!

I have spoked with a registered psychotherapist various times about this and he has given me different answers explaining what I'm experiencing.. the common theme of his explainations are that I am confronting my fears and worries in a symbolic way in my dreams and that the dread/pain is caused by the nightmare and the feeling of being pinned and unable to speak is caused by a chemical which is relased in our bodys as we sleep which partially paralyses us.

To test wither he was right one night during one of my crazy episodes I did not try to fight against it with prayer and it left by itself which made me think that maybe there is a medical explanation for what I am experiencing...
But I struggle to believe that is the case because when I have these episodes it feels so incredibly real and even though I am awake with my eyes open I still hear the screams and voices and it all feels so real!

I hate it..

Hi Dave. Its not a medical imbalance. That's the doctors theory based on his rejection of the spiritual. It's a spirit being with a few of his rotten friends by the sound of the additional screaming. Speak to the creature. Resist it with your strength in the Name of Jesus Christ and it will leave. They did it to me for a couple of years then gave up. They are only trying to rattle you. Remember Gods Words. Never will I leave you nor forsake you:)

Yes, I have been having attacks while in sleep paralysis since I was sixteen, I am now forty-four years old. They hit me, pull on my side, I float above my bed. I just recently started seeing a black figure beside my be trying to pull me towards it. It so horrible, as soon as I get myself awake I just cry. I don't know what to do anymore. My daughter says I have evil spirits around me. I have prayed. I don't know what else to do to keep them away. I did talk to a catholic priest and that is when I started seeing the evil spirits. It just made it worse. Does anyone know what I can do? Please and Thank you.

I used to be heavily involved in researching New Age literature, for a few years at least I was quite interested in finding answers though I was raised christian I thought there must be something more some other explanation that's why I went to the book store so much. I bought a good 30 books not to mention stones they have for sale there. I began to have strong paranoia and sleep paralysis where I would awaken to feel a very strong presence of evil and unability to move. It was almost a vibration that was there. I was able to move slightly with only the mightiest of efforts. But I also found that calling on Jesus name the paralysis left within 10 seconds or so and I was totally free to move. After a long while of having these dreams I realized that it was coming from the new age material I had involved myself in, it did something to my mind. The guy above is right, porn addiction effects a person in a very negative way as well giving the devil a foothold. I can speak from experience there too. So I left that spirituality behind and the sleep paralysis ended too, as well as the paranoia unless I saw a movie about ghosts or something then I had some paranoia momentarily. I stay away from that kind of movie. Anyway the person writing this is definitely not alone.
