    Describe different working relationships in social care?
    Describe different working relationships in social care setting? I understand there's the service users,management & other staff members but I am struggling to put this into words & think of examples,anyone help please.x

    Don't you love these vague and general questions? 'Social care setting' is so broad too, it could be day care to nursing home.
    Anyway, I would start with 3 kinds: policy making, administrative, and hands on. The top group has to know everything from current law to public sentiment, and delegate the job of implementing decisions to admin. Admin works out the forms, charts, procedures for actions and reporting back. And so on..
