What version of Windows? Have you looked on the Start menu?

I'm running Windows XP Home Edition. When I look at the start menu I see search and when clicked on it takes me to search program but it's not the one I want to see. There's no animation for the animal I selected to use (Rover). It's some type of search but not Windows Desktop Search with animation.

No, I did not install Google Desktop Search. I sure wish I could get rid of Windows Desktop Search. I liked my animated animal (Rover) and the way itt looks compared to what I have now. :D
