    Form Filler does not work, it brings up a blank window. Please help

    Have you contacted Nuance? What type of document are you trying to run through Form Filler?

    Contacting Nuance is a JOKE have been trying for several days now. I have documents from PP 11 I am trying to update

    You are aware that Nuance is located in one of the areas hit by Hurricane Irene, which may have caused communications issues.

    The experiences I've had with Nuance tech support have been mostly positive.

    Are you opening forms used with PP11? Can you try opening the original documents?

Visioneer 9520 Scanner. PaperPort Software. 'Scan or get Photo' is greyed out. Therefore, cannot adjust 'One Touch' scan settings. User Instructions are very poor. Too much info on selling features; little on how to actually scan! Frustration level, 'extreme'.

Paperport 12 formtyper doesn't work [ 1 Answers ]

I recently purchased the upgrade for Paperport 11 and now the new paperort 12 formtyper just doesn't work. I can not figure it out and it takes forever to do anything. Is there an easy solution or is it possible to get back my Paperport 11?
