    Why can you not find a help center number to call to get direct help from Yahoo? No I do not want internet help cause it is of no use right now.

    So what IS your question? We are not associated with Yahoo so cannot speak on why they make it hard to contact their customer service by phone.

    The only thing that comes to mind is that Yahoo is a free service, for them to continue to give the service for free means they can't spend money on phone service.
