    video feed stops and starts never runs continuously
    Why, when I run a video from someone, it starts and stops every few seconds, I can never see one with out the constant stop/go. Why? What must I do to correct this.

    Just means your computer is slow... takes a while to buffer... try cleaning your hard drive and defrag
