Recover encrypted data (standard windows encryption - EFS)
My hard drive was encrypted using the standard windows encrytpion. I copied those files onto an external hard drive (obviously forgetting they were encrypted) and then reloaded my PC. To find that those files are now inaccessible. I had never exported the key to decrypt.

There has got to be a way for me to access/decrypt these files. I am sure the FBI or any low rate hacker could do this in minutes.

It is xp media edition. It is neiter on a domain nor a work group.
