    My lab top has a black screen and in the top left corner it says password an cant get
    Labtop won't let me do any thing as soon as its comes on it gives me the black screen an I don't remember the password need to no what to do to unlock the password

    Reload windows from scratch. Then next time write it down and put it someplace safe.

    You need a special utility and some know-how to reset it. It doesn't come with Windows. And is actually a Linux Command prompt utility.

    Hate to have to say that... but there is no better advice than that.

    Then you have a real problem since that's a BIOS stage password and no software can remove or reset it. Apparently you haven't accessed that laptop for a very long time... or it's not your laptop.
