    Power pint
    How do I make powerpoint open and run powerpiont files automaticaly and send them in e-mail for other to view .

    If I am not wrong I guess you are saying, that instead of going to powerpoint program and then clicking on the slide show, you just want to click on the file you have saved and want it to go automatically to show slide, if that's the case then you need to save it as filename.pps, not ppt,
    So when you will click on it, it'll automaticlly take you to the slide show, and when done, it'll close itself.

    And you can send it in e-mail attachment for other to view as slide show.

    For ANYONE to view a powerpoint presentation, they need to have powerpoint or the powerpoint viewer. Lookup Packaging in PP help for details about how to distribute self running slide shows.
