How can I plot a map from post codes?
Hi, I'm doing a project and want to create an image that represents the idea quite well. I have roughly eight hundred post codes and their different locations and cities represent the outline of the country rather well, and particularly the region I am in. Somewhat inspired by that Facebook "visualising friendships" image, I have a very clear idea of what the finished product should look like, but have no idea where to start going about the process. As I am rather computer illiterate, the software that would seem to be the status quo for this sort of project is way beyond my grasp. That I can can visualise the image in my head and knowing that I have all the geographical information needed to make it is extremely frustrating! Any suggestions on where to begin or software that is easy to use for someone with no experience in computing language?
