    System restore for a time 755s14
    I have a Time 755s14 laptop. How do I do a system restore back to the manufactories settings?

    BEING THAT THIS IS THE "OTHER OPERATING SYSTEM" Forum. I would suggest just to download the latest release of the distro you prefer, back up your files to a Flash dive or USB external HD and reinstall. IF your distro has offered a new release it is best to get it, support for video and wireless cards will be better with the newer release.
    If it is some flavor of Windows. This would depend on the manufacture, some still supply disk, others require you to make disk yourself and still others provide a recovery partition.
    It is always best to start either a Windows or Linux install with access to the internet via a Ethernet cable just in case you have to go out and find a wireless driver.
