    Skylanders giant game not working
    I started playing my skylanders giants game that I stopped playing a while ago and when I try going to chapter 6 the secret vault of secrets it goes to the loading screen for about 20 seconds and then it turns black. It stays like that and I have tried turning the xbox 360 on and off but it still won't work and I have tried switching tvs and restarting the level but it won't work. Not sure what to do please help quickly!

    Which media and game system is this game. I'm assuming its one of the CD/DVD or other optical formats released for PS2/XBOX/etc.

    Have you tried other games to determine whether or not it may be the consol?

    Have you tried cleaning the media and reader with the appropriate cleaners?
