    If there AUstralia PR offer in this year 2010
    How do you give PR for a student who doing his digree in (information technology systems) from 2008 February to 2011 march, can he apply PR while studying his digree because he lived two years in Australia from 2008 onwards,

    My father go to australia and one year paste he did not phone at home he goes to 1 oct 2009
