Statute of Limitations on Notary Services
    Hello ~

I did three separate notary signings approximately two-and-a-half years ago, and still have not been paid from the company that agreed to my services. Being a fairly new notary, I have let time lapse, thinking I would get no where. But, I am rethinking a plan of action in small claims court, and need to know if there is a statute of limitations on which I can file against this company.

Normally notorary is limited to about 3 dollars per signing, And in fact most don't ever even change for their services, and most about a dollar.
So I would guess with interest they would owe about 10 dollars at this point. I know every state I have ever lived there are max amounts set that can be charged for the service.
